What Have I Gotten Myself Into!?!

Are you happy? Mer? Brett?! Here's my blog... Harumph! I don't know how interesting this will be! I guess here's my first story!

I had a horse, and it died... So I got a free horse who is worth way more than the one that passed away, but he's still a thoroughbred, and I was just working on getting him fat (he was like 250 pounds underweight, and he's gained 225 since I got him!). I am planning on selling him after this show season and make some money off him. I'm having problems with thinking of selling him. I have only jumped him over a fence about two feet nine inches tall, and I expected his maximum to be three feet. WELL! Here's the story! Last night, I had a friend (who also is a rider - and amazing I might add) and we were testing his max. So, we set up a line, and the last fence is an oxer with a small spread. We start the last oxer as like a two foot fence, then raise it to 2'6, then 2'9, and my baby boy is still jumping wonderful and round! So, we put it up to 3', and he clears it no problem! I'm like, "what the?!" he looks happy, so we put it up to 3'3, then 3'6, then lastly 3'9! He jumps 3'9 like a pro! It didn't even phase him!! so we put it up to 4'! he barely knocked it over, so we jumped him over a small fence to leave it on a good note, and rubbed him down and wrapped him! He was amazing! This horse I expected to be my 2'6 horse is now jumping 3'9 like a pro! I cried... Sorry! lol! I love you Nicole!! I swear she's good luck! lol! See ya'll tomorrow!
